プライバシーポリシー

TTX, Inc.（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、お客様がTTXサービスを利用するにあたって当社に提供するお客様の情報の取扱いに関して、以下のプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めています。

お客様がTTXサービスを利用するにあたっては、本ポリシーに同意する必要があります。本ポリシーは、お客様と当社との間で合意されるものであり、TTXサービスを利用するすべてのお客様に適用されます。

本ポリシーに同意するにあたり、本ポリシーの以下のすべての条項をよくお読みください。なお、お客様はTTXサービスを利用するにあたり、別途当社が定めるTTX利用規約に同意する必要があり、本ポリシーは同規約の一部を構成します。

お客様が未成年である場合は、ご自身では本ポリシーに同意できません。必ずお客様の親権者等の法定代理人の方が本ポリシーに同意してください。

当社がお客様から取得する情報

TTXサービスにおいて、当社はお客様から以下の情報を取得します。

1.1　お客様自身の情報
当社は、お客様がTTXアカウントを作成する際に、お客様が提供する情報を取得します。これには、お客様の電子メールアドレス、お住まいの国・地域、性別、使用言語、タイムゾーンのいずれかまたはすべてが含まれます。また、例えばお客様からのお問い合わせを受ける場合等、TTXサービスの運営に関連して特別の必要がある場合には、お客様の氏名、電子メールアドレス、住所および電話番号等をお伺いすることがあります。

1.2　お客様がTTXサービスを利用する際に当社が取得する情報

1.2.1　情報端末および接続環境に関する情報
当社は、お客様の情報端末から、オペレーティングシステム、通信キャリア、IPアドレス、情報端末の設定その他の情報端末固有の識別子等の情報を取得することがあります。

1.2.2　TTXサービス上でのお客様の行動に関する情報
当社は、お客様がTTXサービスを利用する際に、お客様が提供する情報を取得します。これには、お客様のサービス利用履歴、アプリ利用履歴、当社がお客様に配信するメールの開封履歴およびリンク先サイト閲覧情報、お客様がアップロード、投稿その他TTXサービス上で利用可能にしたコンテンツ、が含まれます。

1.2.3　クッキー
当社は、お客様がTTXサービスにアクセスする際、クッキー（類似の技術を含みます。）を使用することがあります。クッキーは、お客様の情報端末に対してダウンロードされる小さなデータファイルであり、TTXサービスの機能を安全かつ円滑に動作させるため、また、お客様の希望する設定に関する情報を当社が取得するために使用されます。

情報の利用目的

当社は、お客様から取得した情報を以下の目的のために利用します。また、当社は、お客様の情報を本ポリシーに規定する目的と関連性のない目的に利用する場合には、あらかじめお客様の同意を取得します。ただし、法令に基づく場合はこの限りではありません。

2.1　TTXサービスの提供
当社は、お客様から取得した情報を、TTXサービスの提供・維持、当社および他のお客様の保護ならびに違法行為やTTXアプリ利用規約に違反する行為の調査・防止のために利用します。これには、TTXアプリを用いた通信販売サービスの提供や、他の当社サービスまたは第三者のサービスが含まれます。

2.2　業務および製品の改良ならびに市場調査
当社は、お客様から取得した情報を、当社または第三者による業務および製品の改良（TTXサービスの改良を含みます。）、お客様の求めるサービスの提供ならびに新しい製品およびサービスの開発のために利用します。

2.3　広告およびマーケティング
当社は、お客様から取得した情報を、当社または第三者の業務および製品に関する情報提供のために利用します。この情報提供には、お客様個人に関連する機能の紹介、お客様向けにカスタマイズされたコンテンツの提案や提供およびお客様に特化した広告や販促物の提供（ウェブページ等への掲載や電子メール送信等の方法によります。）が含まれます。

2.4　他の当社サービスの提供
お客様が、他の当社サービスとTTXサービスを連携される場合には、当社はお客様から取得した情報を、他の当社サービスの提供・維持、当社および他のお客様の保護ならびに違法行為や他の当社サービスの利用規約に違反する行為の調査・防止のために利用します。これには、TTXアプリに登録されている電子メールアドレス宛に、他の当社サービスに関するお知らせを送信することが含まれます。

2.5　お問い合わせ対応
お客様がTTXサービスを利用する上で生じた問題について当社に対してお問い合わせを行った場合には、当社は、かかる問題の解決のためにお客様の情報を利用します。また、当社は、お客様の電子メールアドレス等の情報を、お客様からのお問い合わせへの対応、当社の規約等の変更の通知、TTXサービスの変更または改善の通知および当社が提供する他のサービスに関する情報の提供のために利用します。

2.6　非特定性情報の作成および提供
当社は、お客様から取得した情報を、それ自体では個人を特定できず、かつ通常想定される外部情報との照合でも個人を特定できない形式とし、当該情報を元に特定の個人を識別する行為を禁止したうえで、当社または第三者の業務および製品の利便性向上または新しい製品およびサービスの参考等のため、提携先等の第三者に提供することがあります。

2.7　統計情報の作成および提供
当社は、お客様から取得した情報を、お客様を個人として特定できない統計的な形式に加工することがあります。当該統計情報は、当社の各種サービス、当社の営業またはマーケティング活動、当社または第三者の業務および製品の利便性向上または新しい製品およびサービスの参考等のため、当社または当社より開示を受けた第三者が利用することがあります。

情報の提供

当社は、以下の場合にお客様の情報を提供することがあります。

3.1　取扱いを委託する場合
当社は、当社の委託先企業に、当社の指示に基づくお客様の情報の取扱いを委託することがあります。

3.2　お客様の同意を得た場合
当社は、お客様の同意を得て、お客様の情報を第三者に提供することがあります。

3.3　法令に基づく場合
法令に基づく場合は、お客様の同意を得ることなく、お客様の情報を第三者に提供することがあります。

情報に関するコントロール

4.1　お客様の情報の開示・訂正等
お客様は、TTXサービスのアカウント管理画面での操作または本ポリシーに定める当社のお問い合わせ窓口に対しご請求いただくこと等により、当社が取得する情報ならびに当社による当該情報の利用および開示に関して、一定のコントロールを行うことができます。これには、お客様が当社に提供した情報またはTTXサービスの利用を通して当社が取得したお客様の情報について、訂正、追加または削除を求める権利が含まれます。ただし、開示することにより次のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部または一部を開示しないこともあり、開示しない決定をした場合には、その旨を遅滞なく通知します。

  • ご本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
  • 当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
  • 他の法令に違反することとなる場合

4.2　クッキーの無効化
お客様は、ブラウザーの設定によって、クッキーを無効にしたり、クッキーが送信される場合に警告が行われるようにしたりすることができますが、クッキーを無効にした場合、お客様はTTXサービスの一部またはすべての機能を利用できなくなる場合があります。

4.3　分析ツールの無効化
当社は、本ポリシーに基づいてお客様から情報を取得する際に、クッキーや携帯端末用の識別子（類似の技術を含みます。）を用いた第三者の分析ツールを使用することがあります。かかる目的のため、当社は、分析ツールの提供者に対して、それ自体では個人を特定できないお客様の情報を提供する場合があり、当該情報は分析ツールの提供者の定めるプライバシーポリシー等の規定に基づいて取り扱われます。お客様は、性質上または技術上困難な場合を除き、当社または分析ツールの提供者が提供する方法（以下の方法を含みます。）によって、分析ツールの提供者へのお客様の情報の提供を停止することができます。

情報の保護

当社は、お客様の情報を滅失、窃取、悪用、不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざんおよび毀損から保護するために必要な合理的な措置を講じます。

お客様の情報の保有と移転

お客様の情報は、本ポリシーに従って、第2条に定める利用目的を達成するために必要な範囲において、日本のみならず、当社の委託先企業、および第3.3条に規定するお客様の同意を得て情報を提供する第三者の所在国（アメリカ等）を中心とする世界各国において保有および取り扱われることになります。このため、お客様の情報は、お客様の居住国以外の国に移転し、居住国とは異なるデータ保護規制が適用される可能性があります。

本ポリシーの変更

当社は、本ポリシーを随時変更できるものとします。変更後の本ポリシーは、TTXアプリ内に掲示することとし、当該掲示がなされた時点からその効力を生じるものとします。TTXサービスを利用される際には、随時最新の本ポリシーをご確認ください。
